About the Role

ADSVISION DIGITAL is hiring a Business Development Executive for the night shift. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls, generate leads, handle objections, and engage potential clients. This position is a good fit for someone who is target-driven, professional, and ready to grow in sales and business development.

What You’ll Do

Conduct outbound calls to generate leads
Communicate with potential international clients
Handle objections and keep conversations professional
Engage prospects and explain services clearly
Meet daily and weekly performance targets
Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication
Share client feedback and campaign updates with the team

What You’ll Need

Strong English communication skills
6 months to 1 year of experience as a calling agent
Experience in international campaigns is required
Ability to handle objections confidently
Good listening and conversation skills
Target-driven mindset
Professional attitude and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing campaigns is a plus
Basic understanding of digital marketing services
Experience with outbound calling or lead generation
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
